Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You will have full access to Growth-tier features during the trial period.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle and we prorate the difference automatically.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. ACH bank transfers are available for annual plans.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly. You can select annual billing during signup or switch from your account settings at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from account settings at any time. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Is Seller Navigator included in my plan?
Seller Navigator is a $99/month add-on available to Growth and Enterprise customers. It is not included in the Starter plan and can be added from account settings at any time.
What happens if I exceed the Starter SKU limit?
We notify you when you approach the 500 SKU limit. You can upgrade to Growth (unlimited SKUs) or archive inactive SKUs. We will not cut off access without warning.
