Getting Started
New to Veritas Analytica?
What is Veritas Analytica?
Veritas Analytica builds operating software for Amazon sellers. Our two products, Sellerverse and Seller Navigator, replace the spreadsheet stack most operators rely on, giving you real-time inventory, margin intelligence, procurement management, and AI-powered insights in one connected platform.
Is this built for beginners or experienced sellers?
Sellerverse is built for operators running real FBA or wholesale businesses, typically 100+ SKUs, real procurement cycles, and a team managing daily operations. If you are just starting out on Amazon, some features may be more than you need right now. If you are running a serious operation, you will feel the difference from day one.
How long does it take to get set up?
Most operators are live within 12 minutes. You connect Seller Central via SP-API, your catalogue imports automatically, and Sellerverse begins calculating real-time margins immediately. No manual data entry, no CSV uploads.
What Amazon marketplaces does Sellerverse support?
Sellerverse supports all major Amazon marketplaces: US, UK, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia, Japan, and more. Your Starter plan covers one marketplace; Growth covers three; Enterprise covers all.
Do I need any technical knowledge to use Sellerverse?
No. Sellerverse is built for operators, not engineers. The setup is a guided connection flow and the interface is designed around Amazon concepts you already know: SKUs, FBA fees, POs, BOLs, Seller Central. If you can navigate Seller Central, you can use Sellerverse.
Pricing and Billing

Product and Features
How Sellerverse works
What is the difference between Sellerverse and Seller Navigator?
Sellerverse is the core operating system. It manages your inventory, calculates real-time ASIN-level margins, handles supplier procurement, and runs the repricing engine. Seller Navigator is the AI add-on that sits on top of Sellerverse. It reads your live operational data and answers questions in plain English, surfaces anomalies before they compound, and forecasts performance 30 days ahead. You need Sellerverse first. Navigator has no standalone mode.
Does Sellerverse replace Helium 10 or Jungle Scout?
Not exactly. Helium 10 and Jungle Scout are product research tools, great for finding new ASINs to launch. Sellerverse is an operations platform built for managing your existing catalogue at scale. Most serious operators use both: research tools to find products, Sellerverse to run them profitably.
How does the Repricing Engine work?
You set a floor price and competitive rules per ASIN or across groups. Sellerverse monitors the Buy Box in real time and adjusts your price automatically within your rules to win or hold Buy Box position without breaching your floor margin. You stay in control and the engine executes within the boundaries you define.
Can I invite my team?
Yes. Starter includes 2 team seats, Growth includes 10 seats, and Enterprise plans include unlimited seats. You can set role-based permissions so warehouse staff, buyers, and finance each see only what they need.
How does Sellerverse calculate true margin?
Sellerverse pulls your exact FBA fees dynamically from SP-API, combines them with your COGS from supplier records, adds ad spend attribution, return rates, and any custom cost inputs you configure. The result is a live net margin figure per ASIN, not an estimate based on category averages.
Data and Security
Your data is yours
How do you connect to my Amazon account?
We use Amazon official Selling Partner API (SP-API). You authorise the connection through a standard Amazon OAuth flow, the same process you use for any approved third-party app. You can revoke access at any time from within Seller Central without contacting us.
Is my business data safe?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We do not sell, share, or use your business data for any purpose beyond operating the Veritas Analytica platform. Your margin data, supplier details, and catalogue information are yours. We are just the infrastructure.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is hosted on AWS infrastructure in the US-East region. We maintain automated daily backups with 30-day retention. For Enterprise customers, alternative region hosting is available on request.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export your full catalogue, margin history, PO records, and supplier data at any time in CSV or JSON format from your account settings. If you cancel, we retain your data for 30 days and then permanently delete it, or delete it immediately on request.
Still have a question?
Our team is made up of former Amazon operators. We give real answers, not template replies.
