Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Veritas Analytica platform, including Sellerverse and Seller Navigator (collectively, the Platform), operated by Veritas Analytica, Inc. By creating an account or otherwise accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Account Registration
To use the Platform you must register and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Each account is for a single business entity and accounts may not be shared between unaffiliated organisations without prior written consent.
3. Use of the Platform
You may use the Platform only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the Platform; (b) use the Platform to scrape, harvest, or redistribute Amazon data in violation of Amazon terms of service; (c) resell or sublicense access to the Platform without prior written consent from Veritas; (d) use automated tools to access the Platform in ways that could disrupt or degrade service for other users; or (e) use the Platform for any activity that violates applicable law or regulation.
4. Subscription and Payment
Access to the Platform is provided on a subscription basis at the rates published on our Pricing page. Fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. All fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If a payment fails, we may suspend your access until payment is resolved. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days written notice via email or in-app notification.
5. Free Trial
New customers are eligible for a 14-day free trial with Growth-tier access. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Platform. We reserve the right to modify or end the free trial programme at any time. Trial accounts that are not converted to a paid plan will be automatically deactivated.
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including all software, design, content, trademarks, and trade secrets, is owned by Veritas Analytica, Inc. or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own internal business purposes. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved. You may not copy, adapt, or create derivative works from the Platform without our prior written consent.
7. Your Data
You retain full ownership of all data you input into the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Platform for you. We do not sell your data to third parties. Our full data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. We maintain commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
8. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep the other party non-public business information confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory authority. This obligation does not apply to information that is or becomes publicly available through no breach of this agreement, or that was independently developed without reference to confidential information.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veritas Analytica shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or loss of data, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees you paid us during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided as-is without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate in all circumstances. Amazon marketplace data is provided via Amazon SP-API and may be subject to delays or inaccuracies beyond our control.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct we reasonably determine to be harmful to other users or the integrity of the Platform. Upon termination, your access ends immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination and then permanently delete it, unless we are required by law to retain it longer or you request earlier deletion.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email (sent to the address on your account) or by prominent notice within the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
